Editorial Policy: Sources, Dates and Corrections

Jan Wirum edits this site for Lead Partner. Company facts must be traceable to published sources, and missing details stay visible.

Responsibility for the words

Jan Wirum is the named editor. Lead Partner publishes the site. We do not use invented authors, fabricated expertise, customer testimonials or fictional accounts of receiving a kit. The catalogue is based on documents, and it says so.

The first edition draws on dated company documents and checks also used by Gold IRA Companies Ranked, which shares our publisher, Lead Partner. The fact dates belong to the underlying checks; the page review date records when the material was reviewed for this site. We do not reset source dates to make old checks appear new.

Sources before copy

Every company-specific minimum, fee, kit description or promotion must have a dated source. Primary company documents take precedence for descriptions of a company's offer. IRS material is used for general account-rule context. FTC guidance informs how we disclose commercial relationships.

An unrecorded fact remains unknown. We do not infer delivery times, chapter titles, contact procedures or transaction costs. If company and custodian figures conflict, we identify the difference and ask the reader to confirm the applicable schedule.

Commercial relationships

Goldco and Augusta pay us for qualifying referrals. Those relationships help determine their first and second positions. We disclose this near request links and in the affiliate disclosure.

Companies do not buy positive coverage or approval of our wording. We do not accept requests to remove accurate adverse information, gifts of metal or sponsored testimonials. A request button is not evidence of an independent product test.

Corrections and updates

Email corrections to editor@goldirakits.com. Include the page, the statement and a primary source if available. We review the source, update the verified fact record when appropriate, and change the affected copy. Material corrections should be dated on the page.

We retain the original check date when editing an article. A wording change does not establish that a company still offers the same terms. A fresh factual check requires reviewing the relevant documents again.

Limits of the publication

This site offers general information, not personal investment, legal or tax advice. It does not select a retirement transaction for a reader. Talk to a tax professional about your circumstances and check procedures with the account administrators involved. A seller's brochure is part of your research, not the conclusion of it.

Questions about this publication

What supports a company-specific number in an article?

A dated company document or other identified primary source must support the claim. A plausible estimate cannot fill a gap in the evidence.

Do you refresh check dates when wording changes?

Changing prose does not establish that an offer is still current. We retain the underlying source-check date unless the relevant material has actually been checked again.

Can a partner pay to remove accurate information?

Our editorial policy rejects payment for favorable coverage or removal of accurate facts. A commercial relationship affects placement without establishing a fact about the company.

What makes a correction request useful?

Identify the article, quote the disputed wording and include a relevant primary source. Send it to editor@goldirakits.com.

Why are some details left as unknown?

The documents checked do not answer every contents, delivery or contact question. We keep those gaps visible instead of presenting an inferred detail as verified.
